Diktura provides customer intelligence tools including feedback collection, roadmap planning, and changelog publishing. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to Diktura. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to host and process your data solely to provide the service.
You agree not to use Diktura for illegal purposes, to transmit malware, or to interfere with other users' access to the service.
Diktura is provided “as is” without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. We will make your data available for export for 30 days after termination.
